Clemson Tigers Dominate Top 100 Returning Players List for 2025 College Football Season

The Clemson Tigers are gearing up for a strong 2025 college football season, and the latest Top 100 Returning Players list from College Football Network confirms their impressive talent pool. With six players featured in the rankings, including three in the top 35, Clemson is poised to make a serious run at reclaiming ACC supremacy and returning to the College Football Playoff.

Leading the charge is defensive tackle Peter Woods, who checks in at No. 10 on the list. Woods, a dominant force on the interior defensive line, tallied nine tackles for loss and three sacks last season. His impressive blend of power, speed, and technique has NFL scouts taking notice.

 

Edge rusher T.J. Parker, ranked No. 25, is another key contributor to Clemson’s defensive prowess. Parker led all returning edge rushers in tackles for loss (19.5) and recorded the ninth-most sacks in the nation last season. His speed, power, and relentless pursuit of the quarterback make him a nightmare for opposing offenses.
