“Can Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler Lead Warriors to Victory in Play-in Game?”

The Golden State Warriors are set to face the Memphis Grizzlies in a play-in game after losing to the Los Angeles Clippers, dropping them to the 7th seed. Jimmy Butler expressed confidence in the team’s ability to secure a playoff spot, saying, “We’re right where we wanna be… We’re going to be just fine.” Despite a season-high eight turnovers from Steph Curry and a crucial missed layup by Draymond Green in the loss, Butler’s 30 points and nine assists showcased his skills.

Butler acknowledged the responsibility that comes with being a veteran player but emphasized the team’s confidence and capability. He sustained an injury from Kawhi Leonard but is expected to play in the upcoming game. Butler’s message to the team was simple: “Don’t lose.”

The Warriors currently hold a 48-33 record, ranking 6th in the Western Conference and 3rd in the Pacific Division. Their home games are played at the Chase Center in San Francisco ¹ ².
