Breaking news: Warriors Player Steps Up and Takes Responsibility for Team’s Defeat

Draymond Green Takes Blame for Warriors’ Loss to Thunder

The Golden State Warriors fell short in a close 105-101 game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night. Despite a strong comeback effort, the Warriors were unable to overcome the Thunder’s early lead.

Draymond Green took the loss hard, criticizing his own performance and leadership down the stretch. In the post-game press conference, Green acknowledged that he needed to do a better job of settling the team down and getting them into a set play.

“I thought we were a bit scattered, and that’s on me,” Green said. “When the game gets to that point, somebody’s got to slow the game down and get us into a set.”

The Warriors were without Stephen Curry, which made Green’s role even more crucial. Despite his efforts, the Warriors were unable to overcome the Thunder’s strong start.
