**Miami Women’s Basketball Signs Five Players for Class of 2025**

The University of Miami women’s basketball team, led by Head Coach Tricia Cullop, has officially announced the addition of five recruits for the 2025 class. Ranked fifth nationally by ESPNW, the signees include:

 

– **Camille Williams (Guard / Fort Worth, Texas)**: A 5’11” guard ranked No. 36 in the country by ESPN, Williams is known for her strong basketball IQ, scoring versatility, and excellent defense. During the EYBL circuit, she averaged 17.7 points per game and set several records at Boswell High School.

– **Natalie Wetzel (Forward / McMurray, Pa.)**: Wetzel, a 6’3″ forward, is recognized for her three-point shooting and rebounding ability. She was a finalist for the 2023 Pennsylvania Gatorade Player of the Year and led her team to a Section Championship, averaging 17.4 points and 8.2 rebounds per game last season.

– **Meredith Tippner (Guard / Noblesville, Ind.)**: A four-star recruit and the 2023 Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year, Tippner is known for her scoring and defensive skills. She has helped her high school team win two state championships and earned All-American honors.

– **Danielle Osho (Guard / Dacula, Ga.)**: A 6’0″ guard, Osho is a strong scorer, rebounder, and passer. She led her high school team to two state championships and was named MVP of the 2024 State Championship Game.

– **Emanuella “Soma” Okolo (Forward / Leander, Texas)**: Okolo is an athletic forward known for her scoring, rebounding, and shot-blocking. With a 35-inch vertical leap and the ability to dunk, she averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds per game as a junior.

This talented group of recruits will join a Miami team with a seasoned roster, allowing the 2025 class a chance to contribute immediately in the upcoming seasons.
