Former Las Vegas Raiders linebacker Jack Squirek, who played a pivotal role in their 1984 Super Bowl victory, has passed away at the age of 64. Squirek is best remembered for intercepting a pass and scoring a touchdown in Super Bowl XVIII, helping the Raiders secure a dominant lead. He was with the Raiders for four seasons before concluding his NFL career with the Miami Dolphins. Squirek is survived by his wife, Penny, two children, and two grandchildren. The Raiders expressed their condolences to his family and honored his legacy. Squirek later ran a cleaning service in Cleveland. His funeral is scheduled for January 13 in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
