BREAKING NEWS: Daniel Ricciardo announcement of life attering decision…

**Daniel Ricciardo’s Future with VCARB Confirmed After Key Meeting**

Despite speculation about a potential mid-season change, Daniel Ricciardo will remain with VCARB, Red Bull’s junior team, following a meeting between Red Bull executives Christian Horner and Helmut Marko. The decision comes after Ricciardo finished 10th at the Belgian Grand Prix, ahead of teammate Yuki Tsunoda, although his overall season has been disappointing.

Ricciardo, who has struggled this season with just 12 points, will continue with VCARB for the rest of 2024. Although Helmut Marko previously hinted at a potential replacement, suggesting Ricciardo might be phased out in favor of a younger driver, the current plan is to keep the existing lineup.

Ricciardo, whose contract extends to the end of the season, faces competition from Liam Lawson, a strong candidate to replace him. This move could mark the end of Ricciardo’s lengthy F1 career, which includes eight Grand Prix wins and 32 podiums.

The meeting also addressed the performance of Red Bull’s Sergio Perez, who has been trailing teammate Max Verstappen in the Drivers’ Championship. Despite a poor showing in Belgium, Horner confirmed that Perez will remain with Red Bull for the rest of the year.
