Bubba Wallace has said he doesn’t want his team 23XI Racing to think he was a bad driver as he highlighted his current struggles. This comes after the Alabama native’s performance witnessed a downward slope from the past four race weekends.
Wallace started the current Cup Series season with consecutive top-5 finishes at the Daytona 500 and the Ambetter Health 400. However, he could manage only one top-5 and two top-10s in the 15 races that followed.However, since his P7 spot in Darlington the 23XI Racing driver hasn’t been able to replicate his promising performance in further stints.
Its been nearly two months since Bubba Wallace last finished in the Top 10 and he shed light on his recent struggles while speaking to reporters. The 30-year-old said that he did not want his team to think that they were poor and added that the recent shortcomings was a reason for them to have more hunger ahead of the remainder of the season.
