The Eagles announced their coaching staff for the 2024 season on Friday.

In all, the Eagles welcome nine new coaches to the staff, including Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio and Offensive Coordinator Kellen Moore. Three members from last year’s coaching staff return with new titles.

Nick Sirianni, Head Coach

With 34 regular-season wins in his first three seasons, Nick Sirianni has the most by any head coach in his first three years with the Eagles. He is also the only head coach in Eagles history to begin his tenure with the team with three straight playoff appearances. Sirianni has presided over two of the largest win total improvements in Eagles history and became just the second head coach in NFL history, joining Bill Walsh, to add five or more wins to their team’s win total in consecutive seasons
Michael Clay, Special Teams Coordinator

In his third year as the team’s special teams coordinator in 2023, Michael Clay directed a unit that featured franchise-record-setting performances by kicker Jake Elliott (93.8% field goal percentage, 7 field goals of 50+ yards) and punter Braden Mann (49.8 gross average, 43.9 net average). In addition, Britain Covey led the league in punt return yardage (417) and was second in average (14.4 yards per return). As an overall group, the Eagles’ special teams ranked first in DVOA and fifth in the league according to Pro Football Focus’ grading method.
