Jackson Mahomes, the more youthful brother of NFL star Patrick Mahomes, has been sentenced to six months’ probation after pleading no contest to a straightforward battery charge.
Jackson, 23, showed up in court Thursday for his hearing by means of video conference. Taking after the sentencing, he was supposedly taken into the guardianship of the Johnson District Sheriff’s Office, which can decide whether he’s qualified for work discharge.
“Jackson is appreciative for the back of his family and companions amid the final year. Jackson pled no challenge to a single check of straightforward battery and he was given six months of unsupervised probation,” his lawyer Brandan Davies told People Friday.

After the owner refused to coordinate with police within the examination, the three sexual battery charges were dropped by prosecutors in January.
