an attempt to outbid Tottenham Hotspur for the Genoa defender, Napoli has submitted a formal offer for Radu Dragusin.

Napoli has offered Genoa a written offer for Romanian centre-back Dragusin, with a fee of €20m to €22m, along with defender Leo Ostigard and full-back Alessandro Zanoli. The proposal is expected to convince Genoa, who have not yet reached an agreement with Tottenham, who already have an agreement with Dragusin.
