Sean Dyche is hopeful that Dwight McNeil has avoided a serious injury after being carried off on a stretcher in Everton’s 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace. The Toffees had Dominic Calvert-Lewin sent off for a controversial red card and lost McNeil to injury shortly afterward. Dyche suggested the injury was not as severe as feared and that it was an ankle injury. However, it is too early to make an accurate diagnosis.
