DEVASTATING NEWS: Roger Federer daughter, Charlene, drowned in a swimming pool .

This headline appears to be a misunderstanding or misinformation. Roger Federer’s daughter, Charlene, has not drowned in a swimming pool.

11-year-old girl, Iremide Opeifa, tragically drowned in a swimming pool at Grand Bank Link Hotels. The incident occurred after Iremide had finished helping his mother at her shop. After parting ways with his brother, Iremide went to the hotel, where he was later found unresponsive by the pool.

Iremide’s aunt, Kehinde Opeifa, criticized the hotel for not providing any medical assistance before his mother arrived. She recounted that Iremide’s brother found him and informed their mother, who arrived to find his body on the floor with no attempts made to take him to a hospital.

The family also questioned why the hotel staff allowed such a young boy into the pool after accepting money from him. The incident was reported to the Onipanu Police Division, but the family claimed that the police did not examine Iremide’s body and pressured his mother into signing an affidavit not to pursue legal action.
