Lamar Jackson is back with the Ravens and ready to roll through the 2023 schedule. That won’t start until Sept. 10 against the Houston Texans. It’s unknown if Jackson will see any preseason action, but there are storylines to follow for the three exhibition games Baltimore will play before the ones that matter.

As the Philadelphia Eagles reflect on their narrow loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, they return to form in 2023 hoping to hoist the Lombardy Trophy at Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.
Coaching departures and salary cap limitations forced some tough choices for the Eagles this offseason. They’ve acquired some new players at some key positions in quarterback Marcus Mariota, running backs Rashaad Penny and D’Andre Swift, and wideout Olamide Zaccheaus.
Out are DE Robert Quinn, LB Kyzir White, and DT Ndamukong Sue. The Eagles also announced a change at offensive coordinator as Brian Johnson takes over for Shane Steichen. The defensive coordinator is new as well, as Sean Desai replaces Jonathan Gannon from last season.

Philly still boasts high-powered weapons on offense this year, including quarterback Jalen Hurts, wide receiver A.J. Brown, and tight end Dallas Goedert. Jason Kelce returns to anchor the offensive line.
