JUST IN: Top legends says Eastern side would be in charge of NBA for a long time…..

Over the past few years, the Boston Celtics have once again become the team to beat in the Eastern Conference, with the two-headed monster of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown having turned into arguably one of the best dynamic duos in the NBA.

Although Brown is an exceptional talent and is now getting paid like it after signing a massive contract extension last summer, Tatum is what makes the Celtics a legitimate NBA title contender in the East, as he has become one of the best players in the league with a style all his own.
With Tatum coming into his own as one of the elite players in the NBA today, Boston has been able to put the right talent around him in order to take this team to another level, with the Celtics adding Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday into the mix this season, which has turned out to be a game-changer.

Now that Tatum has the talent around him to compete for a title on an annual basis, the pressure is on for the talented scorer to start living up to expectations in Boston.

With Tatum showing he can take his game to another level, former NBA player Michael Beasley believes the Celtics superstar will be around for a very long time and is bound to put up numbers, as he said on “The OGs Show,” via NBACentral.

“That boy just score too simple,” Beasley said.

Mentioning Tatum’s name in the same breath as LeBron James in terms of longevity and scoring is a bit premature, but as long as he stays healthy, it isn’t beyond the realm of possibility that he plays 20 seasons.

The real question will be whether he’ll win anything during those two decades in the league and if he’ll be able to stay in Boston during that time.
