BREAKING NEWS:Statistics show David Njoku’s impressive progress over the past three seasons.

The Cleveland Browns have gotten much better over the years.

They didn’t have an ideal quarterback situation.

This also applies to some players, especially TE David Njoku.
Njoku has continued to make great strides over the years, evolving from a blocking tight end and an afterthought in the offense to a legitimate weapon in the passing game.
His progress was evident in a tweet shared by Browns Fans UK, where he had 475 yards on just 36 receptions in 2021, compared to 628 yards on 58 receptions last season; In 2023, you can see him improve to 81 receptions for 882 yards.

Njoku is having the best season of his career, proving himself in limited playing time by causing havoc in the midfield alongside Joe Flacco and making defenders miss.
He’s a physical specimen and if he was more involved in that part of the field he could be a consistent mismatch in the end zone.

He also made great strides as a locker room leader this season.
Suiting up and playing hours later after sustaining severe burns was the ultimate way to set an example and earn admiration, love, and respect from his peers, fans, and even the coaching staff.
The season clearly didn’t end the way the Browns or their fans expected.

But far from a failure, this team has every chance in the world to come back better and stronger next season.
