Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly bought a mansion on Dubai’s ‘Billionaire’s Island’
The Al Nasr superstar, who has an incredible property portfolio in several countries, had a brilliant 2023 as the world’s top scorer.
Ronaldo, who earns £175 million a year with the Saudi Arabian club, will be honored for his achievement at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, where he now has a new home.
According to Bloomberg, the Portuguese superstar has bought a villa on Jumeirah Bay, a secluded enclave of Dubai known as “Billionaire’s Island” that is home to the ultra-rich.
According to reports, Ronaldo is expected to receive the mega mansion in 2024, and although the exact specifications are unknown, the cost is rumored to be in the tens of millions of euros.

Ronaldo has bought one of the mansions on the island, estimated to be worth tens of millions of pounds.
The island is part of a gated community and includes several gourmet restaurants, a yacht club, and a beach resort while being located directly on the ocean.
By comparison, another villa for sale on Billionaire Island, which just opened in 2017, is 30,000 square feet with six bedrooms, private beach access, a seven-car showroom, a spa and views of downtown Dubai.

It is known as Billionaire’s Island because it is said to have more millionaires per square kilometer than any other place in the UAE.
Bloomberg also reported that wealthy Saudis, Israelis, Indians and Russians live on the island.
Developers reportedly began scooping up some land on the remote, seahorse-shaped Jumeirah Bay island during the early stages of the pandemic.
After several years of construction, ten huge villas were built.
Dubai-based developer Palace Luxury Living said the villas are expected to sell for a total of $545m (£430m), with an average price of £43m per property.
The island has many other facilities and is also part of a gated community, with several gourmet restaurants, a yacht club and a beach resort, overlooking the open sea and the famous Burj his Khalifa building directly can do.
In addition, some wealthy people who do not own real estate on the island use the island as a base, staying at the aforementioned luxury resorts when visiting the island.
